Kathryn Brown, LMFT, CCBTS
The relationship between therapist and client is vital in facilitating healing, self-compassion and growth.
You are capable of accessing and making use of dynamic, healing, empowering capacities in order to shift habits of negative thinking, self-doubt and problematic behaviors. My goal is to assist you in finding and expressing your greatest strengths and potential; as well as working through barriers to express your vibrant self, experience happiness, peace and self-acceptance.
You are the expert of your own experience.
I work with you, your child and/or family to explore and identify the modality of treatment you feel supports your struggles in an integrative way. We will collaborate on goals and determine the frequency of sessions, as well as when to stop therapy.
I utilize creative and empowering approaches to support my clients when exploring unconscious beliefs, early childhood experiences, interpersonal patterns and self-sabotaging behaviors that can impact our well being and relationships.
