Hi, I’m Kathryn Brown. I’m so glad you’re here.

You are taking the first step in getting support for the problems or situations you are currently experiencing and I’m glad. We all face challenges in life, sometimes those challenges can feel immense; participating in therapy can provide you with safe, unconditional support and positive connection as you work through difficult times and untangle confusing emotions.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Specialist (CCBTS) with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Though I work with a wide range of needs; my specific areas of focus are adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression, early childhood and parenting support; as well as internal family systems.

Based in San Francisco, California, I am licensed throughout the state and welcome inquiries for virtual therapy appointments.
